The method
The Renata França Method stands out for its precise touch, with its very own rhythm, pressures, pumping movements and gliding strokes. It brings a feeling of lightness and well-being, which each person experiences in their own way.
What happens in a session
The session lasts about an hour and covers the full legs, the abdomen, the arms and the back. I start with a few questions about your health, then carry out the drainage.
Good to know
- Drink water after the session.
- I recommend starting with a course of 3 to 5 sessions close together to make the feeling of lightness last longer.
- Package of 5 sessions: €350 instead of €400, so €70 per session.
- During pregnancy, the drainage is done only on the legs, arms and back, and gives a feeling of light legs.
- Some situations call for your doctor's advice before a drainage session (circulation, heart, infection or ongoing treatment): I'll ask you about this before the session.

How is it different from classic lymphatic drainage?
Classic manual lymphatic drainage uses slow, very light movements. The Renata França method is more rhythmic and firmer. A session lasts about 60 minutes and aims for a feeling of lighter legs and wellbeing.
How much does lymphatic drainage cost in Valencia?
With Anna Nicolas, a one-hour session costs €80, in Valencia (Eixample) and in Paterna. A package of 5 sessions costs €350, so €70 per session.
How many sessions do I need?
