Privacy policy
The details you send are used to manage your appointments and to give you practical information about the practice. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.

What we collect
- Full name, phone, email, language, comment (optional)
- Practice, session, date and time of your appointments
- Your patient file: the history of your appointments and, sometimes, a practical note from Anna (never health details on the website)
- Whether you want to receive news from the practice
Required details
Your name, phone and email are needed to book online: without them, Anna cannot confirm or manage your appointment. If you prefer not to give them here, you can book by phone or on WhatsApp.
For a child, the parent or legal guardian books and gives the child’s details.
Why
To organise your appointments and contact you about them (confirmation, changes, cancellation). Legal basis: the appointment you ask for.
To send you, from time to time, practical information about the practice (closure, new address or hours). Legal basis: Anna’s legitimate interest in informing her patients. You can object at any time with the link in every email.
To send you her news (updates, new sessions), only if you agreed to it. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in one click.
How long
Your patient file and bookings are kept for three years after your last appointment, then deleted. The copy in Anna’s Google Calendar is anonymised at the same time.
Where
On Cloudflare, in a data centre in Western Europe.
Your appointment is also added to Anna’s Google Calendar. Emails (confirmation, messages about your appointments, practice information) are sent through Resend, from servers in Ireland.
Cloudflare, Google and Resend are US companies. If your data passes through the United States, the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Map and WhatsApp
The map of the practices is loaded from OpenStreetMap servers (OpenStreetMap Foundation, United Kingdom), which receive your device’s IP address to send the map images. The United Kingdom has an adequacy decision from the European Commission.
If you write to Anna on WhatsApp, your messages go through WhatsApp (Meta) and follow its own terms and privacy policy.
Analytics
To know how many people visit the website, which pages they read, where they come from and what they do (booking, tapping WhatsApp, the phone number or the email, never with your name or contact details), the site uses DataFast (JustShipIt Pte. Ltd., Singapore), a cookieless analytics tool.
DataFast computes an identifier from your IP address and browser, mixed with a value that changes every day: it does not follow you from one day to the next and is not used to identify you. The page where you manage your appointments is not measured. Legal basis: Anna’s legitimate interest in understanding how her website is used.
DataFast’s servers are mostly in the United States. The transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Cookies
The website sets a single cookie, “lang”, which remembers the language you chose for one year. It is only used to show the site in your language, so it does not need your consent.
The website uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
Your rights
At any time, you can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, ask for its use to be restricted, or receive it in a readable format to take it elsewhere (portability). You can also withdraw your consent to the practice news.
