What happens in a session
Your baby stays with you. I start by listening: the pregnancy, the birth, sleep, feeding, the first weeks. Then I work with very gentle techniques adapted to their age.
Your baby can feed, play or take a break whenever they need: the session follows their rhythm.
I trained in caring for newborns and babies through several courses in France, and I keep training every year to offer your baby the best possible care.
When to come
- Straight after leaving the maternity ward, for difficult feeds and congenital torticollis
- When your baby seems uncomfortable in some positions
- During the big milestones: breastfeeding, babywearing, first steps
- For children, after a fall or a growth spurt
Working alongside your paediatrician
Osteopathy does not replace your child's medical care. See a paediatrician if your child has a fever, unusual crying or any sign that worries you. Good to know: it's best to postpone your baby's or child's appointment if they have a fever.

From what age can a baby see the osteopath?
Anna Nicolas sees babies from the day you leave the maternity ward, always with a parent and alongside your paediatrician. For babies under 3 months old, she can come to your home.
Can you come to our home?
Yes, for babies under 3 months old. Message me on WhatsApp to arrange the visit.
What should I bring?
Your baby’s health record, a spare nappy and something to feed them.
